“Root for You”

1.25 oz Gin

.75 oz Plant Lady Juice - Blood Cleansed

.75 oz Wild Blue Tea Blend - Just Add Honey Tea

.75 oz Spiced Grapefruit Peel & Lavender Syrup

2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Salt Lavender Petal Smear

Glassware: C.C.RCKS Glass by Whiskey and Rosemary x Cedric Mitchell Design

Syrup instructions: Makes 1 cup

In a small pot bring ½ cup of water to a boil. Remove from the burner and add 1 cup of sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add 1 tsp of Lavender Petals. Express 5 grapefruit peels over top of the syrup and then drop the peels into the syrup. Stir for 7 seconds. Let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain and store in a glass container for up to 7 days. 

Tea Instructions:

Steep 1 ½ tablespoons of the Wild Blue Tea Blend into 6-8 oz of water for 10 minutes. Set to the side and let cool. Strain into a cup. Use as needed.

Garnish instructions: 

Mix a tablespoon of lavender petals and a tablespoon of salt and place on a small plate or tray. Smear agave on one side of the rocks glass with a small food paintbrush. Then roll the side of the glass (with the agave) against the lavender salt mix. Set the glass to the side and prepare the cocktail.

Cocktail Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain and pour over ice. Garnish: Orange Peel and Lavender Salt Rim

“BUSH LATTE”

2 oz Uncle Nearest Rye

1.5 oz Plant Lady Juice - Herbal Coffee

.5 oz Rosemary Cinnamon Syrup

4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Orange Peel Expression

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Topped with a Layer of Cinnamon Rosemary Foam, Cinnamon Powder, Rosemary Sprig

Syrup instructions: Makes 1 cup

In a small pot, add ½ cup of water and 2 Cinnamon Sticks, then bring to a boil. Remove from the burner and add 1 cup of Brown Sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add 3 sprigs of Rosemary or 1 tbsp of Dried Rosemary. Stir for 7 seconds. Let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain and store in a glass container for up to 7 days. 

Foam instructions: 

Drain 1/2 cup Chickpea Liquid (aquafaba) in a medium bowl. Add a pinch of cream of tartar if using. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the aquafaba on high speed for 4 minutes. Pause to add 1oz of Rosemary Cinnamon Syrup and a pinch of Sea Salt. continue whipping the mixture for 5-7 additional minutes or until you desired thickness. Enjoy this on your cocktail or wherever else you choose. 

Cocktail Instructions:

Add the Uncle Nearest Rye, PLJ- Herbal Coffee, Rosemary CinnamonSyrup, and Angostura Bitters to a C.C. MXNG glass. Add ice and stir between 10-15 seconds (depending on the thickness of the ice). Strain and pour over a large cube. Layer the Cinnamon Rosemary Foam on top of the cocktail. Grab your orange peel, express it directly over the glass, rub the skin side of the orange around the glass, then toss it. Dash cinnamon powder on top of the foam and finish with a rosemary sprig.
